1940 and the film 'Kaabee' Exhibition
The film "Kaabee," to be released January 26th, 2008, is set in SKIP CITY in 1940. Most famous Japanese actress, Sayuri Yoshinaga, who previously appeared in "A Town of Cupolas," also set in Kawaguchi, in 1962. This exhibition includes a part of the set that recreates 1940 in SKIP CITY, as well as costumes worn in the film by Yoshinaga and some props.
